Jodi Hartman has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and has spent the past few years aligning her career towards her strengths in the Leadership Development, Coaching/Consulting industry. Her specialties are in working with technical and project teams, and women in leadership.
During her career, she has worked as a Product Owner, Senior Program Manager, Director of Technical Services, and Data Center Manager, working alongside senior leadership and subject matter experts to shape and lead application and infrastructure programs at an enterprise level.
Her knowledge of organizational development and her expertise in building strong customer-focused relationships enables her to provide customized solutions and work closely with her clients to ensure they meet their key business objectives.
Jodi is a relationship builder and believes in the importance of connection. Working in the fast paced industry of technology, she is keenly aware of the critical need for focus, buy-in, commitment, and the importance of keeping everyone energized, engaged and motivated throughout the process. For this reason, she is focused on curating solutions for clients that deliver positive results, making a memorable and lasting impact.
Much of the work she has done has involved mentoring, guiding, training, and finding new and creative ways to improve culture in organizations. This experience lends itself to be highly fruitful in the work she does today with HX2CC.
Jodi is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and is focusing her knowledge and experience towards incorporating play with serious thinking in the workplace. She has completed over 300 hours of ICF accredited training and received the titles of Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.
Jodi also holds several project management certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org. Over the course of her career, Jodi accumulated several IT certifications from Microsoft, Apple, ServiceNow, NetApp, CompTIA, and others.
